Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets in our holiday rentals so your furry friends can enjoy a break too! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow our pet policy:
1. Pet Approval – Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet
2. Supervision & Control – Pets must be kept under control at all times, both inside the property and in outdoor areas. Please do not leave pets unattended in the rental for extended periods.
3. Cleaning & Hygiene – Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please ensure they stay off furniture and beds unless you have brought your own pet covers. Any excessive cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in an additional charge.
4. Outdoor Areas – If the property has a garden, please check whether it is enclosed before letting your pet roam freely. Always clean up after your pet in communal or public areas.
5. Consideration for Others – Please be mindful of noise levels, especially barking, to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Absolutely amazing weekend. The house is perfect plenty of good pots, pans etc. great enclosed garden for kids and dogs. Beautiful views, perfect for elderly less able parents. Really could not be better. Thank you☺︎

Gower Place
We had a fantastic stay with the family. The house is great for a large group, baby and a dog! Very nicely decorated and comfy beds. In a perfect location for exploring mumbles and swansea. M&S next door was ideal!

Oystermouth Chapel
Had a lovely stay at the chapel. Was such a lovely cosy base to explore the area from. Loved the fact we could walk into Mumbles. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
