1. I will supply some FAQ for you. We have had plenty over the years!

Here are 10 common FAQs people typically ask when booking a holiday home:

1. Are pets allowed?

Yes, we welcome pets in all of our properties.

2. Is the property child-friendly?

Absolutely! Many of our homes are family-friendly, with facilities to accommodate young children. Please let us know your needs, and we can advise you on the best options.

3. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need to request early check-in or late check-out, feel free to ask, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

4. Are towels and linen provided?

Yes, all of our properties come with clean towels and bed linen. Please bring your own beach towels if you’re planning on swimming or using the beach.

5. Is there parking available?

Most of our homes offer parking, but we recommend checking the specific listing for details, especially if you’re traveling with a larger vehicle.

6. Can I cancel or amend my booking?

Our cancellation policy states that you may receive a full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before check in, so please review the terms when booking. We also offer flexibility in certain circumstances, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you need to amend your stay.

7. What facilities are included in the property?

Each property is equipped with the basics like Wi-Fi, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. For specific amenities (like hot tubs, outdoor space, or special equipment), please check the property details or ask us directly.

8. Is there a security deposit?

Some properties may require a security deposit to cover any potential damages. This will be clearly stated in the booking terms, and any deposit taken will be refunded after check-out, assuming no issues arise.

9. Are there any local shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, many of our properties are situated near local shops, cafes, and restaurants. We’ll provide you with local recommendations to help you get the most out of your stay.

10. How do I contact you during my stay?

We’re always just a phone call or email away! You’ll receive our contact details before arrival, and we’re happy to help with any questions or issues during your stay.

11. Can I bring 12 people even if the listing is for 4 people?

Sure! We will magically expand the walls just like Hogwarts (spoiler, no)

12. Is the pool wet all year round?

Yes

13. Will you be available 24/7?

Of course, we live for 2am emergency texts asking how to work the TV. Actual emergencies, yes.

14. What's your policy on moving furniture and ornaments? 

Please don't. We don't think scavenger hunts are as fun as they're hyped up to be.

15. Is the WIFI strong enough to stream, work and ignore my family?

Yes, to all of those.

    Absolutely amazing weekend. The house is perfect plenty of good pots, pans etc. great enclosed garden for kids and dogs. Beautiful views, perfect for elderly less able parents. Really could not be better. Thank you☺︎

    We had a fantastic stay with the family. The house is great for a large group, baby and a dog! Very nicely decorated and comfy beds. In a perfect location for exploring mumbles and swansea. M&S next door was ideal!

    Had a lovely stay at the chapel. Was such a lovely cosy base to explore the area from. Loved the fact we could walk into Mumbles. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
